I've been a customer for three years, mainly using it to back up my photos. No problems until now.

A few days ago, I logged in only to find my account marked as 'cancelled.' They never reached out to me, didn’t give any heads up, and there was no offer for a refund. Just like that, it was cancelled and they ignored me.

According to their own terms, they should have sent me a formal notice and processed a refund within a few days. None of that happened.

I submitted a support ticket and was asked to 'send ID.' That’s not even mentioned in their terms of service.

They’ve basically held my three years of data hostage.

This has got to be one of the most unprofessional companies out there. Their customer service is lacking, and they don’t stick to their own rules.

I really can’t recommend trusting them with any of your data.

I searched high and low for the perfect hosting solution for my new project, but I could never quite nail down the ideal mix of customer support and fair pricing for quality service. Since I decided to give Hostiso a shot, I haven't thought about switching to any other provider, because honestly, Hostiso is just the best!

Previously, I was using eHost until I made the switch to HostISO. They were shutting down, and the new hosting options they had were just not worth it—less value for a higher price each year. Then I discovered HostISO, and let me tell ya, its features are way better than anything else out there. Plus, HostISO even assisted me in moving a complete home directory backup from my previous site.

With Hostiso's business plan, I get 500GB of storage (way more than I had before), a solid price (if you pay for 3 years, you save even more), and their customer support is quick to respond through tickets.
